Exceptions to this policy are only made in the rare event of a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent, size discrepancy from order, or damaged product upon delivery). If such an issue occurs, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order, and we will gladly correct the mistake.

To be eligible for a resolution:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.

• Proof of purchase and photos of the issue must be provided.

Gorgeous Girl Brand reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.
